		<description>thanks, bum, for being honest about the proposed regulations. that really helps me examine my own beliefs and i think that i will also come to the same conclusion: that really what needs be done should be in the best interest of the river so that hundreds of years from now people can still enjoy that beautiful campsite.</description>
