It feels like it’s the first time.
We’ve done this a few times now, but it always feels completely different.
This shouldn’t be any surprise to anyone who reads this regularly or knows me, but I’m nervous. I’m excited. Really, really excited. But I’m also nervous. It’s an incurable affliction, one I’m learning to live with. It just makes the leap a little more exciting.
We’re off to the land of deep, clear lakes and nothing but the sound of water and wind, and maybe the occasional chattering red squirrel.
